Rolling & Shaping

  • Use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out the dough to the perfect thickness.
  • Try your hand at creating different pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, ravioli & farfalle.

Cooking & Saucing

  • Boil your fresh pasta to al dente perfection.
  • Prepare classic Italian sauces like Pomodoro, Alfredo, and Pesto to complement your handmade pasta.

Tasting
